The Christian Soul Care Center was born from my conviction that every person carries a sacred story—often full of both beauty and deep wounds. Many of us navigate this life without knowing how to heal from our painful experiences, often creating coping strategies that eventually leave us feeling anxious, isolated, or stuck.

I’ve spent over 23 years serving on church staff, walking with people through grief, relational fractures, ministry burnout, spiritual doubt, and trauma. My education in counseling and soul care has equipped me with tools from a variety of therapeutic modalities including attachment theory, internal family systems, and family systems therapy—all held within a biblical framework and dependent on the healing work of the Holy Spirit.

My role is not to fix you. My role is to walk with you, as together we invite God to bring clarity, compassion, and healing to the stuck places of your story.

My Approach

At The Christian Soul Care Center, soul care is more than simply talking through struggles — it’s a sacred space where your story is honored, your pain is met with compassion, and healing is pursued in partnership with the Holy Spirit.

I believe that real healing happens when we care for the whole person — emotionally, spiritually, and relationally. My approach integrates biblically-informed therapeutic practices with the transforming work of God’s presence. I draw from many proven counseling models including attachment theory, internal family systems, and family systems therapy, always grounding these tools in biblical truth and prayerful dependence on God’s leading.

Soul care is not about fixing you. It’s about walking with you as you courageously engage the deeper places of your story — the experiences that have shaped how you relate to God, yourself, and others. As we explore these places together, you’ll grow in self-awareness, experience freedom from patterns that once kept you stuck, and discover new ways of living in the love and grace of God.

Whether you are processing grief, navigating relational wounds, recovering from trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed, my role is to walk with you gently, patiently, and prayerfully. Together, we will seek God’s healing and direction, believing that He desires wholeness for every part of your story.
